Lindsey Ancona

Lindsey Ancona is Vice President of Inspire. She oversees Silverstein Properties’ commercial portfolios’ amenity spaces, maintains associated budgets for each space, manages a team of account managers, curates Inspire’s programming, and procures external partnerships. 

Additionally, Lindsey directs both Inspire Workspace locations, overseeing the premier flex office space rentals, P&L negotiations, and office staff. She also manages the hospitality and customer focus for the residential portfolio, including bringing in a new welcome experience and community-based events, facilitating partnerships to improve the overall tenant satisfaction, and conducting employee hospitality training through Forbes.

Prior to becoming Vice President, Lindsey was Inspire’s General Manager and Customer Experience Manager, respectively. She has a NY Real Estate license and keeps it current with annual continuing education courses. Lindsey regularly partners with Hungry on a commercial scale to give back to the local communities in need and is an active member of the National MS Society, which strives for a cure and quality of life for those who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis.
