Janelle Allende is the Property Manager of Silverstein Properties’ Silver Towers. In her role, she works every day to elevate the Inspire brand, constantly speaking and meeting with residents to gain feedback on what they want to see in their community. She strives to create a workspace where her team and residents feel comfortable to reach out and seek her assistance. 

Janelle has over 10 years of experience in real estate. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Property Manager for some of the largest luxury residential properties in New York. What inspires her during her workday? “The face-to-face interactions with the residents and staff,” she says. “I am only as strong as my team and credit them for the continuous success and satisfaction of all residents.”
